Where it came from

It was born from a problem we lived firsthand: meetings without a clear agenda, minutes written by hand that took forever, and agreements that got lost between one session and the next. We looked for a tool like this and couldn't find it, so we built it. Today Agendira is an in-house VisionProces product, in production and bilingual.

Agendira helps teams and organizations run orderly meetings from start to finish. Members propose agenda topics along with their time; the editor approves, reorders and the schedule allocates itself. During the meeting, attendance and agreements are recorded, and Memo —the AI assistant— drafts the minutes to review and publish in minutes. Each set of minutes is exported to a professional PDF with your logo, consecutive numbering and signature lines. Tasks are assigned an owner and a date, and anything pending carries over to the next meeting. It's multi-organization and white-label.

Who it's for: Any organization with regular meetings that needs formal minutes and follow-up, regardless of its size or sector: boards, condominiums and HOAs, committees, associations, churches, volunteer groups and SMBs.
